The City of Sydney encourages the use of its parks and open spaces by the community for their fitness and well-being. The City provides access to its parks free of charge to fitness training groups.
The draft Outdoor Fitness Training Voluntary Code of Conduct has been developed in response to the growing popularity of outdoor training.
The draft Code supports fair access to public land for fitness trainers in harmony with other park users and residents. It also aims to protect parks from damage through inappropriate use, such as using and damaging trees and park furniture.
We would like your feedback on the draft Outdoor Fitness Training Voluntary Code of Conduct.
