When it first came out, the great Nexus 5X is less popular due to one factor: higher price tag. Now, it’s gone lower. Would you buy one?
The Nexus 5X was launched and it was just flopping all the way down ever since. This was considered by many as the failure the 5X for competing against its much more powerful cousin, the Nexus 6P. However, the most obvious reason may lie in its very high price tag. For a mid-range device, it should have had a much farther price gap between the flagship Nexus 6P. The 5X is just too expensive, at least way back then.
Now, however, we’re starting to witness the Nexus 5X go on sale more and more frequently. The current best offer we’re seeing is from Newegg. The prominent tech site is holding a flash sale on the unlocked 32GB version of the Nexus 5X for just $235. While this isn’t the absolute cheapest we’ve seen this device go for, it’s pretty damn close.
If you’re in the market for a new device or something solid to hold you over to your next flagship investment, this might be the offer for you.
